I went to see elysium last night, i was one big ass liberal pandering fucking bullshit movie, i got all the subliminals and i almost walked the fuck out about 3/4 of the way through the movie.

1) People only commit crimes because they are poor and underprivileged
2) all rich people are evil
3) free healthcare for everyone

yeah fuck that movie.

You have misunderstood the genius that is Blomkamp. The movie itself is set in a future where open borders and a flood of immigration have reduced America to one vast third world shithole, while the people who run things have made tons of money off the whole venture and now live up in gated communities away from the mess of the unwashed.

Basically is it a movie on what will happen when America reaches such a point of open borders and degradation, and the consequences that will be had for those who, while engineering things thus for some supposed ideal, still shut themselves off from it to preserve their own social/economic class.

Blomkamp is anything but a left winger.

Critics either understand and do not like the movie, or don't understand it all so they foist their own critiques and understanding of it on others and the movie itself.

Similarly, Elysium is another Malthusian tale about open borders, set in a dystopian 2154. By then, Los Angeles has been completely overrun by Mexicans, who have turned it into an endless, dusty slum that looks remarkably like urban Mexico today. (Blomkamp filmed for four months in Mexico City.)

The auteur explains that he is:

…painting this realistic image of a future Earth…which meant the borders being erased entirely and having this fluid population group that basically moves from Chile all the way up to Canada. It just flows, because it can.…The numbers of people that are Latin are going to overwhelm the numbers of people that aren’t.

Blomkamp, a gun-loving Afrikaner whose movies are based around his fear that the rapid breeding of Third Worlders threatens to bring down civilization, says Elysium originated in a disastrous visit to Mexico in 2005. While shooting a Nike commercial in lovely San Diego, the Boer crossed the border one evening to see Tijuana, where he was abducted by corrupt Mexican cops who shook him down for $900 in return for not killing him.

Blomkamp, however, is unusual in that he barely tries to hide his worldview. So the NLDs just make up for him a worldview more acceptable to themselves. In dumbed-down 21st-century America, who will notice?

No the true solution is we need to get all our big hitting entrepreneurial leaders, send them over to main land china open factories and pay american minimum wage to the Chinese citizens. Fuck up their labor game tactics on their own fucking soil, going from a few dollars a week to $290+ a week is huge for them. They will leave all their sweat shops go to our american run factories and fix the unbalanced labor industries, and being shipping tons of "american" made products all around the world and gain tax revenues for the united states overseas.

The downside to my plan is the Chinese will literally have the factory owners killed and probably get away with it.They do whatever they want, deny everything and don't care what anyone says. The only way they could be protected that I see is if there was some way to make the situation completely transparent. Regular people could have access to all aspects of the factory operations so if the owners died the world would know the government did something to try and sabotage it.

Now what about Perdue? They're right here in Pa and they do all their own processing on site. Why would they close up just to ship out there and back? Chicken is already cheap here too.

When is this going to start? I want to know so I can call local markets where I shop and ask where their meat is processed.

make a reality show about what its like to run a company that is pro made in the usa, camera crews 24/7 just like at ozzy's house. let those slopes have to murder several people to accomplish the hit on the main target, also openly declare that in case of such event who the next in line CEO is going to be, and (yer gon luv dis mon) if such event were to happen all factory workers would be sent to the USA as political refugees where they would of course be in a position to send for their relatives. Actually i hope that happens cause 1. your average chinese citizen would much prefer to live in a democracy and 2. those motherfuckers can outbreed the mexicans and the darkies, and they might even help raise testing standards in our schools back to the levels they were in oh lets just say 1962.

That guy from Cheers - wtf is his name? Ratzenberger? Did a show about products made solely in America. I don't know how many seasons it had, but there are quite a bit of stuff that is still made here. I think it prompted a website but that one I'm not so sure still exists. I'll have to dig around and see.
