Some cunt on drugs t-boned my brother at an intersection while speeding back in October. It was bad enough that the car was smoking heavily and my brother got out and pulled them both from the car before anything caught fire, etc. Of course, the obvious solution the cop had for writing the report was to ticket both of them (isn't it great?). My brother's truck was pretty much totaled, and ended up being parted out and scrapped.

Of course, the cunt's boyfriend had to have knee surgery, and now, my brother is the one they are trying to stick with the fucking hospital and recovery bill. My brother's insurance company is fucking surprised and in wonderment at how this is even conceivable.

Tell me, America, how is it that a guy comes back from Iraq, gets t-boned by two useless, underage sacks of faggot shit on drugs, and after pulling them from the vehicle, the cop writes them both tickets, and then the party obviously in the wrong (along with the 2nd worst group of people in America, insurance companies) is pushing to stick my brother's insurance with the bill, and may go after any capital he has after that?

Fuck America, the states, and the laws that govern things. No, I am NOT in a very good mood right now. Couple that with the constant legal battle being fought with another cunt who ran over my mother while yakking on her fucking cell phone and blaming my mother (who was hit at the entrance to our DRIVEWAY), and I could easily see why some people go homicidal. Gunnen, I've been down this road twice. This is why the republicans are going on and on about TORT reform. As it stands, anyone and everyone who is involved in the accident will be dragged into the suit. The driver can even sue the passenger and I bet they're doing just that.

Make sure your insurance company allows you full contact with the lawyer they provide and you tell them that you do NOT want to settle for the sake of settling or you will get another lawyer on your own and sue them for not taking proper care of you.

If you let them settle, they wind up fucking you over in the end by either raising your premiums or they drop you. Well, your brother, not you, but you know what I mean.

And as for your mom - she was on foot or in the car? How the hell can they be in the right if she was turning into her driveway in a car? That would make it so she's hit from behind and there is NO disputing a hit from behind. The person who hit her is automatically wrong. If she was a pedestrian, something is terribly fucked up because there's no way, even in psycho NJ that would be allowed that she be sued!

Yea, my brother's insurance agent from USAA is fucking flabbergasted. He said he isn't going to pay them shit if he can help it. He also recommended lawyering up too. I told my brother this is bullshit. It wouldn't take much in court after explaining he just got back from Iraq and was hit by some cunt on drugs to sway a judge or jury or something.

My mom was a pedestrian. And she isn't being sued. The lady who hit my mom is just trying to blame my mom for the incident so she doesn't have to pay for her fuckup. She is 22 and kind of attractive. I wouldn't mind fucking her eye sockets with my cock after scooping her eyes out with a rusty spoon, ejaculating in her sinus cavities, and ripping her spine out of her throat and feeding it to the dogs.

My mom lawyered up and it took months of analyzing photos, bloodstains, my mom's nursing gear scattered in the yard, and other shit to debunk the Highway Patrolman's report. I think the guy was either fucking the girl, felt sorry for her, or some faggot shit.

In either case, fuck law enforcement. It only took 25 years, but I have zero faith in most people and any institutions.

If you lawyer up they usually drop the case right away because they get afraid. I look at it like a game, an angry game but a game none the less. Go in with the attitude you're going to win and then go for the jugular.

How could that stupid bitch try to blame your mom for it at all? And any lawyer taking either of the two cases has to have their head examined. They HAVE to know they're going to lose AND knowing that they will also have their client pay for YOUR attorney fees on top of losing.

Take them for everything they're worth and then some.

Unfortunately, no. I work 9 hour days, five days one week and four in the other (two week pay period). But I'm giving blood next Friday so it's effectively a half day.

I hate shaving. I really do. There is a reason I have a beard kept at a #2. What is that reason? Shaving fucks me face up something terrible. I am probably one of the few guys who isn't a metrosexual that uses lotions and other shit to keep my face from chafing or breaking out every time I shave.

The only reason I shaved the whole month is because I am doing drill this weekend. God, I hate shaving. I don't miss shaving every day a single bit.

A hot towel like they do in the barber shops should be used for five minutes before you shave. Just soak a towel in extremely hot water, as hot as your hands can stand it, wring it out well and wrap it on the whole area you're going to shave.

The shave cream you use matters. Try hair conditioner instead. Something thick.

Then try using Witch Hazel on your face after you shave instead of whatever you're using as after-shave.

Matt has the same problem. He gets red bumps all over. My tricks work for him.

Oh and your skin is very sensitive to how sharp the blades are. You have to change them more often than others would. That's another cause of irritation.

Next time you have to shave try those tricks and see if it helps.
