I had to use something similar to that for the wheel lock nuts on my rims it was oversized to go over the special nut. The smaller part might have been to use a mechanics wrench on a much larger nut.
What is it? #23

0 Plug spanner.
I've used something like that I think on my Saab 2 stroke. The plugs are bigger than average spark plugs

0 It is funny though, you would think that the top would be shaped so you could put a wrench on it or have a hole through it or something.

0 Definitely some kind of wrench but not a spark plug wrench, even an old one.
Is it large? how wide is it at the widest part?
I have no idea what you're talking about so here's a bunny with a pancake on it's head

0 It's about the size of a spark plug. Maybe I'll have to stick a spark plug in it and take another pic.

0 That is an old lug nut socket. There are decks on the small end and the outside of the socket to accommodate 2 different wrench sizes. You would use the smaller one for nuts that are of a normal torque and the larger one for a bigger wrench for more difficult ones.
Those pre-date lug wrenches and breaker bars. |
