Some of this stuff I'm probably not really sure of, so if you have a better idea than I do, let's hear it. If we disagree, we can have a vote to see who's guess is more popular.

That is some kind of screw tip.

You mean like some sort of a nut? Nope.

RE: What is it? #23 - Twitchin Kitten - 04-10-2013

No not like some kind of nut. It looks like a square head screw tip. The kind of screwdriver that has interchangeable tips.

The thin side is the "head" and the fat side slides into the screwdriver handle.

Nope. It is some sort of a tool though.

Looks like a size adapter of some sorts. Just like the 3/8th to 1/4th socket wrench adapters.

RE: What is it? #23 - Twitchin Kitten - 04-11-2013

Could be that too Anthony.

A fitting for a tap and die set? Not the part that cuts the threads, but an adapter like Anthony said of some sort.

I don't think it is a size adapter or a part of a tap and die set.
I'll give you another view of it and see if you think it is the same thing that I think it is.

A wrench for a horse carriage.

RE: What is it? #23 - Twitchin Kitten - 04-11-2013

OMG yes! A very large wrench of some sort. I don't think it's for the wheel nut though, the outside would have to be smooth to turn easily inside that hub.
