If I remember right, this article has a date of 4/30. Maybe the news source should catch up!
I hate seeing news "agencies" post things that are old news as if they're new. Must have been a slow news day there and they needed filler material. Or they have shitty reporters. <shrugs> (we need a shrug smiley. I'll have to find one>

Why is this idiot suing BMW anyway? It's an after market seat and it's the seat manufacturer that should be sued. BMW will be included and most likely dropped though as the usual course of a suit like this is to drag everyone who so much as looked at the bike into the mix.

And what took this guy so long to realize the seat sucked? How long do you need to use something to cause that kind of damage?
