I'm hoping this thread will be posted in by everyone on the forum daily with updates to whatever it was you saw that you just really thought was cool.

Today I saw an old man who had to be at least 70 years old fall and catch himself with one hand, preventing his face from hitting the ground. I hope my body is in that good of shape when I get that old.

Awesome save old timer.

I watched a humming bird feed out of nearly every flower on my Rose of Sharon bushes. She was no bigger than my thumb. Had to be a female - no bright colors on the plumage.

Yesterday I saw 4 young girls dancing at 7am in the parking lot of a diner, I guess it is a morning ritual.
I wanna go back next week and try to catch them again. Maybe try to tip them with dollar bills or something.

I saw some amazing fireworks tonight over the entertainments park nearby. They 'looked' like shiny foil space ships which looked even more effective with the setting sun in the distance and those purple clouds the dusk brings. They just hung in the sky and faded really slowly.

I saw a Doe and 2 Fawns in a field near my house today. I assume either the Doe had twins or another Doe in the herd died somehow and she took over raising the orphan.

That's sounds like you live in a wonderful place, for deer to be seen-

Today I was pleased to see my Sweet Peas are having a second go at flowering after all the rain we had over night.

Today I saw my uncle, who is 70, throw a drywall hammer and stick it in a tree at 30 paces.

He's going to dig out his old competition throwing tomahawks and knives and teach me how to do it too. I'm gonna be able to kill at a distance with hand tools.

Cool! I used to be pretty good at throwing knives but I have not thrown one in over 30 years. Wow, posting this made me realize just how long it's been since I did that. Last time was the 13" kitchen knife at my ex for insulting my cooking by turning over the dish instead of being polite and telling me he liked his meat more well done and "could you please fix it" instead of insinuating I was trying to poison him.

The kitchen porter complained when Mark did that. It was pointed out a chef would never throw expensive knives.
The porter agreed, then pointed out he used someone elses knife (and quite right too)
