My Patch cat passed on.
She was a good cat. She was nothing but a stray, never came in the house.
She was always happy to have food and to be able to get into the warm basement in the winter time. She had never gone to the vet before about 10 days ago.
I'm trying to remember when she showed up here. I honestly think it was between 1993 and 1995. She was old for an outdoor cat.
She spent her last days in the basement being made as comfortable as possible, getting her favorite food, trying to get strong again. She ended up having a hard time breathing and she gave up. When she stopped eating we knew it was time.
She was an old girl, she was a good girl, and will be missed.
It was a sad day around the old twisterosa a couple of days ago.
I chose her spot out back and sent her off with a few tears and provisions for her journey.
I don't need e-hugs or sympathy, I just wanted to tell everyone that one of the good ones is gone.
