Eh, we have a pretty good crew actually. It is everyone else that wanders the sales floor that is goofy. I just move freight and put things out to the stockers. You almost never see me unless I have a pallet of bullshit to bring out.

Speaking of which, seeing all the junk America buys coming through Wally World makes me dislike *America*. Fucking waste of money, most of it, and if you don't consume all the cheap bullshit, the economy croaks. What a joke. Fuck Milton Friedman.

I worked in the clothing stockroom at K-Mart back in my 20s and I really enjoyed it. Zero customer contact and I mostly worked by myself unpacking and hanging up clothes. Totally brainless, kind of heavy work that suited me. Those boxes of fat man jeans weighed a ton and I could lift them over my head to put them on the storage shelf. I got a strange sense of satisfaction from that.

I actually enjoyed when I was working the warehouse of the catalog for equine supplies. Sometimes I got to work the retail up front, but when it was not busy, picking and packing in the back. We had a great crew of people working together too and sometimes I think about them and miss them. The place was sold to some crap company in India and they are long gone now. That place was open for 75 years and when Mrs. Eiser died the current owners went and split it all up and sold it all off. Very sad. It was really the end of an era. We were Miller's biggest competition in the equine supply world.
The discounts of tack and clothing were nice perks too.
