The Day is nearly over.
Walked over the Purbecks.
No1 son set off on his push-bike to visit his sisters tree (a bit upset he did that, wish he said before) taking some presents to open with him.

We agreed to meet him at the Grange Arch car-park for a cuppa of tea. He found him labouring up the hill so pulled the camper behind him until he noticed us
He laughed and I'm sure I lipped read him welcoming a lift .......along the lines 'f*** off parents'
Piled his festive bike in the back of the van along with mud and tinsel. He admitted he was grateful, his legs were just beginning to give out.

Walked up to the Arch without him and then drove down to the abandoned village from WWII where we had a box of fish and chips together and then walked it off to the bay to watch the tide crash in and find flotsam on the pebbles.

Met loads of mad dog walkers (and their dogs- made friends with a lovely shih tzu-called Sally and her Welsh owners) eventually got back to the camper as it was getting dark, only 3 cars left and us in the village.

Our friends just over the way ran out of heating oil and had to fire up their auxiliary heat source...a wood burner, but only had an old porch swing and a few assorted wood scraps to burn. Barb ran an armload of fire logs over to them and today we're going to dig into my wood pile for some suitable logs for them to burn.

We'll probably have to split some as their burner won't take the size logs that my fireplace will. I think we will see about giving them around 3 day's worth which should hold them till they can get oil delivered.

What a sucky time to run out! I'm just glad that I have the wood to spare for them.

Got rid of the singer!!!! Dam what an ass!!! Whats up with calling me all the time to see were I am. Hey if say I'm going to do something I am. Trust is something he needs to work on big time.
Oh, and don't tell me to grow my hair long, I will if I want to. not cause you say so.
Well I have a date for New years, this should be interesting. But we have been talking for a while now. I will keep you posted.

I think as long as you are genuinely happy with doing things by yourself and your not doing it out of a bad experience or a unhealed wound yeah its fine.
