That is a great private entrance. Some people I know don't have it as grand a s that. You put some work into that Twist.

0 It's all just scrap wood and chicken wire, they have been using it for I dunno, probably 7 or 8 years now. There is a cat flap up that the end of the ramp for them to go through.
I went down this moring just for the heck of it as it was raining and chilly out, Tuxedo J. was down there all by himself sleeping.

0 Scruff's head is normal size, he is just skinny, (but putting on weight, 2 pounds so far) and he has those crazy long spider legs.

The basement cage is OK, to stay warm in and eat, but you gotta keep everyone in line. (Although they have been caught in a big old kitty pile) The door from the outside is self closing and I have the ramp mastered. The other big door leads to a big really warm cage that my pet people open and I can run in really fast and relax.

0 Oh wow! He really cleaned up nicely and gained a nice amount of weight! His coat is really sleek and shiny now. I love his tomcat jowls.
That's a nice little set up you have for the outdoor cats.
I have no idea what you're talking about so here's a bunny with a pancake on it's head

0 Scruffy is a big old fatty now.
He still has some breathing issues. He weases and stuff, he's had a couple of steroid shots and that seems to help. We will start giving him shots ourselves next time he needs one. We were told that he should be OK, but he might not live as long as you would expect because of whatever is going on in his lungs. He has been to the vet half a dozen times, on antibiotics, some other powder stuff, etc...the steroids seem to help though. If a shot a month is all it takes to keep him breathing easy it's not that much of a problem. They love the basement this time of the year, we keep it about 60 degrees down there for them and warmer when I go down to work on bikes. I always plan on building a second story on their hutch but never get motivated enough to do it. |
