We buy those mousies in 20 packs around here. They wind up under the 'fridge most of the time. We don't fetch them from under there but they are recovered and cleaned when I pull the 'fridge out to clean the floor. We have a stick for fetching toys from under the couches too. Sofie is pretty adept at keeping her toys from getting out of reach though, it's quite a treat to watch really. Her favorite game is to get inside the footstool and make it 'walk'. She's small enough to fit in there and twirl around and stuff.
What her favorite is, is a sparkly fuzzy ball. I can't find those in the stores right now either and she'll carry those in her yap growling and purgling the whole time.
