This is the first I've looked through this theread. So, when are the stink sandwiches being served?
Stink sandwiches are limburger cheese, sardines, raw onion, and mustard, on rye or pumpernickle.
I'm down with the stink sandwich, and I'd try most of the stuff you guys already talked about.
I tried tripe once, I about gagged, but I'd give it another go. I would try most anything that wasn't still crawling or did some thinking in it's time.....OK, maybe I would try brains as long it wasn't from a possum or a raccoon.

I worked in a Tire factory after High School and the guys would bring in that nasty Limburger Cheese and throw it into their presses and cook the shit out of it. My stomach is churning just thinking about the smell. Limburger Cheese cooked at 600 degrees

How can anyone eat that shit when it smells so bad.

I often find that the more rank a cheese smells the better the taste can be, nothing better than a nice smelly extra mature cheddar to spice up a sandwich.

Cottage cheese looks pre-chewed to me, I prefer to chew my own food thanks. My current favourites are Emmental (I think you Americans call it swiss cheese which is confusing because Switzerland has lots of different cheeses) and Brie.

A nice little sub with Brie and maybe a touch of cranberry sauce, sweet.

Grilled Ham and Swiss!! Yummy.

I use cottage cheese and mix up chopped veggies in it. Or I put it on a salad instead of dressing. Love love love it!! But not the fat free kind - too salty. Low fat is the best to me.

I love just about any kind of cheese.

I like cottage cheese with chopped up tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions, peppers, avacodo, and tabasco sauce. My husband gags just looking at it.

I also love Ricotta cheese. I could eat a whole container of it, but I don't because I don't want my ass to look like cottage cheese.
