It's not sour at all, it's delicious. I just had some with pineapple chunks yesterday.

Cottage cheese makes me want to blow chunks, some of which may or may not be pineapple.

I like cottage cheese with chopped up tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions, peppers, avacodo, and tabasco sauce. My husband gags just looking at it.

I also love Ricotta cheese. I could eat a whole container of it, but I don't because I don't want my ass to look like cottage cheese.

That sounds good Sally. Without the onions, peppers, and tobasco sauce. LOL

I love ricotta too. I put double the amount in my lasagna that the recipe calls for.

I think it is and I actually like feta cheese, it's the Chevre that I don't like. I had a goat cheese ravioli once and I think I could taste the actual goat .
