I got the correct one too - it's the way the Arabs make it and it's got a tiny 'tang' to it if you put just an itty bitty bit more starter yogurt in it. We call it Leban.
It's said that yogurt was invented by the Bedouins. Well accidentally invented that is. During a long trek across the desert they'd store milk in goatskin sacks. It's said that the churning and the heat caused the milk to turn to yogurt and that delicious creation became known as leban.
