Well, I'm doing OK considering "someone" decided that Mannix needs to be sent my way for spite.

Our roof started leaking this summer and it's been so hot we can't do much about it right now. Hottest summer in a long time. But, my AC bill is half of what it was last year and it only cost me $35 of some spray gunk to clean the coils! I'm actually up on the electric company!

But I need to call claims and see if what's going on with the roof is covered. My kitchen counters are warping from it - Seems the water is running down the walls and I got a feeling this is going to be like Pandora's

I think my next roof is gonna be a steel one. The prices have come down for those in the past few years. You should check into it.

Get out of my head. I discussed this with Matt too. We're thinking of doing one of those solar deals so I feel a steel roof is a good idea considering all those panels will be installed on top of them. Easier to fix a solid sheet than multiple tiles.

I might be able to get them at cost if I have Matt ask my ex for the materials too. First I want to see if the insurance will cover it. I'm going to have to change sheetrock and get new counters inside too. I'm afraid to open that wall too... hot humid summer= mold.

I'm sitting here in this court room among the dregs of society. I wish I could take pictures. Mannix would fit right in. I stand out like a sore thumb. I look like a lady. Everyone else is wearing jeans, flip flops, and one looks like he hasn't showered in a week.

Not really. After dealing with all the dregs of society, there was nothing to hear from me. Asshole didn't show - coward that he is, and now he gets notice of the actual hearing he is to appear for via mail.
