WTF, I just heard from Bog and she said they are not renewing Kenny's commission after the next two years because the UK is dismantling the RAF. Why would a country dismantle a whole branch of their military?

No they are not dismantling the RAF. Do you honestly think any country in the world would go "Oh well lets get rid of the airforce for good, don't need them anymore!"

All the UK armed forces are being amalgamated into one military force to save money on the administration costs of the three separate entities communicating with each other. Having one force will also cut management costs and streamline their hierarchy.

I don't know to be honest with you, all I know it that the RAF, Royal Navy and the British army are being amalgamated into one military force.

Whether or not the likes of the SAS, SBS and the Royal Marine Commandos are going to be part of that amalgamation I'm not sure.

Bogs words:

Kenny has been told that the RAF won't sign him on in 2 years time (his 22 years is up) as the RAF is pretty much shutting down and we have closed/are closing 5 RAF stations in the next few years.

Man you're thick today.

I read AND understood your post. I also appreciate your explanation. All I was doing was showing you what made me think they're dismantling the RAF.

chill out, you're too wound up.
