0 of course it would be political suicide to let him out, but with no death penalty in the UK and some of the very light sentences for murder i have read about, i wasn't too certain. a life sentence does not always mean life.

These people come under the Moors Murders. Anyone in office lets Sutcliffe out or doesn't put pressure to bare on the Bulger case will get hounded out of the government, don't worry.
