Riverside County Father Arrested

RIVERSIDE, Calif. -- Authorities said a father has been arrested on charges of attempted murder and torture after his two baby girls were found bound, gagged and left on a bedroom floor in Riverside County.

Sheriff's Sgt. Steve Brown said deputies responded to the home in the Indian Hills area Friday on a report of a family disturbance.

Brown said the infants, ages 1 1/2 and 18 weeks, also had visible injuries on their faces and heads.

Police said the father, 23-year-old Jeremiah Scott, had fled before deputies arrived, but was later found in the neighborhood and arrested.

Brown said the babies' injuries did not appear to be life threatening and they were transported to a hospital for treatment.

Scott is being held on $1 million bail.

I truly believe that society is devolving due to the lack of active parenting and the rise of the school system as a nanny state. Parents of the last generation have been frightened to even attempt to teach their kids a sense of real morality and as such these heathens are now having children of their own. When you have no background to refer to with respect to the proper respect for others you get an increase in the number of witless fucks like this guy.

You couldn't be more accurate. As a mother raising 4 young boys, they know I will kick the crap out of them the second they even think about stepping out of line. My two oldest, 12 and 13, are now taller than I am but know I will stand on a chair to put them in check if need be.
They also have strond and devoted fathers (The 13 year old is my step-son). I have great sons, who stick up for underdogs, respect thier peers, their teachers and their friends and have a strong faith in God. They all know that they should hold a door for a female, no matter what society tells them. I am beyond proud of my 4 young men.
