0 damn, crossing the street. I thought in all of Ca. you had to stop traffic immediately for a pedestrian no matter where they were crossing from?

0 California drivers following traffic laws?
Hahahahahahahahahaha! Cali has always had a problem with people choosing to ignore traffic laws. I know it happens everywhere but the Golden State seems to have a higher than average percentage of folks who push the issue. |
