Minus the rain at Churchill Downs it may have been a rather boring Derby yesterday but the mud allowed for 3 horses to do a bit better than usual and Justify was pushed all the way to the wire.
Will we see a triple crown winner this year? I doubt it.
Bolt d'Oro has a good chance at the Preakness as does Audible when considering the short distance. Bolt did very well until they went past where the pole would be at Pimlico. Free Drop Billy may do well there too as it's more his kind of track with the shorter distance and tighter turns.
As for Belmont, Justify is likely to win there since he seems more comfortable at longer distances.
