Dear Joan,
Thank you for your response I am very sorry for this issue regarding the delivery of this package, you are correct this is a package sent Mail innovation, which was the Service your shipper selected, based on the information on the system we did transfer this package to the Post Office on 12/14/16, once we UPS hand the package over to the Post Office it is their responsibility to delivery, we loss liability on it.
Since you have not received this package yet, I would suggest to contact your shipper so that they can further assist you.
Sincerely,
Beatriz Cabrera

You people are a joke. I spent half hour on the phone today and they acknowledged this is YOUR tracking number from your "mail innovations" feature. I was also told it comes with an "oh well we lost it" policy where everyone gets the finger from you when you lose their stuff.
YOU were paid to be the custodian of my package and in that contract where I paid you to send me my package, it was upon YOU to deliver it safely. When the company gave me the tracking number YOUR website comes up, not the USPS. Stop trying to lay blame on everyone else, and just admit your mail innovations feature is utter garbage and you just don't care whether the customers gets their package as long as you collect the postage. Because that's exactly what was explained to me on the phone today.
Grow a pair. People might respect you for it.
Joan

Dear Joan,
Thank you for your e-mail I do understand you concern on the delivery of this package, after reviewing my tracking system I see that the tracking number provided is not a valid UPS tracking number.
The tracking number appears to belong to the United States Postal Service (USPS). This package was never handed over to our Mail innovation group for shipment, so it has never been in our possession.
You can check on this directly at the following link:
http://www.usps.com/ or contact them at 1 800 275 8777, if you do not get any information I suggest you contact the sender of your package to get further assistance and see if they actually shipped it our for you.
Sincerely,
Beatriz Cabrera
