0 That's the desk!
IKEA has a set of 5 drawers that is going to replace that table leg. Perfect to support the desk and be useful for all those little items that get I the way. The damn cats may well confiscate the shelf above the desk. 0 It's primarily there for them anyway. I figured that since they like windows and they like to tramp across my papers and electronic equipment, this shelf will grab their attention and leave my stuff alone.
 The guy at Home Depot today pulled a miracle. Behr no longer makes the colored indoor stain I used on the desk and shelf and I need lots more stain for more shelves going up. So, one HD store had an asshole in there that I gave a little attitude back when he tried to tell me I do not have a quart of blue stain by Behr. Asshole. So I went to another store and Minwax makes something similar but not quite. Well, he experimented with the formula from Behr that I had and he got it exact! Fuck that old man and his sour attitude. So, late tomorrow work can resume. I have no idea what you're talking about so here's a bunny with a pancake on it's head

0 Another Saturday, another trip to Home Depot.
Closet shelving and custom electrical work today. Got to get the wood for the shelves around the window too. Measurements have changed on that. I now have like 6 boards downstairs that I'll have to find another project for.  I had a hard time getting a shade for the window. JC Penney's online has a real nice one you can custom fit! I bought one - $52 with shipping and tax. Not bad. Should come in about a week. If it's as nice as the image looks, I will be ordering 4 more for the front window. 0 I have been working non-stop getting those shelves stained, shellacked and the desk molding finished. I'm so tired! But I'm making good progress and hopefully my shade comes this week.

Just finished painting the door jamb, coat 1. Letting that dry while I go check the 3 shelves for dryness on the shellack. 7 more to shellack once those are dry. I'm sick of painting!  Yeah, it's been very quiet around here. I have no idea what you're talking about so here's a bunny with a pancake on it's head

0 I hate painting thats why I put a polished stainless border around the top of my counter in the kitchen. WTH it was scrap.
