0 Right side up. And no correct guesses so far. It is metal. And I'm a techno-geek... so that should be all you need to know about magazines
 Another hint: Take a closer look around the edges of the crop.

0 There are lines next to the metal grating as I will call it, looks like they were scratched in or chalked in to the background surface. My guess is this is some sort of movie promo photography for either star trek or it has me thinking stark industries from iron man cause the bottom looks like a sideways S but I know the backround for the stark industries logo is bluish which this looks.
