0 I never saw him in anything besides The Jeffersons and All In The Family, but man, was he funny. That little bantam rooster strut always cracked me up. RIP Mr Hemsley.

0 I saw him in a lot if interviews too. He really was a nice guy and always put his fans first.

0 Yes he did,twist.
I don't think he lead an unhappy life though, Twilla. If I remember correctly, he did a lot of work with kids charities and other community projects. I have no idea what you're talking about so here's a bunny with a pancake on it's head
