OK WTF is going on with these comics turning gay? I don't remember what other one it was, Superman I think, that they are turning gay. This is just insane.

That would be Wonder Woman. They already insinuated that.

I need to correct myself from earlier. Matt schooled me on this. Stan Lee would never allow any kind of changes to Captain America. Or any of his heroes for that matter. This was all for Superman. They wanted to take out what he stood for - Truth, Justice and the American Way. The American Way bit is what they want to omit because super heroes are international.

I'm not buying that. Superman was always saving America. I don't care what the movies depicted or insinuated.

Maybe this is some kind of hidden agenda to show gay men they don't have to be anything like some flaming queer instead of themselves? You know, don't go around like some floozy in weird clothing, just be a man who likes a man kind of thing?

C'mon, help me cook up some kind of gov't conspiracy to get the "gays" to look and behave normal.

Green lantern has always been the superhero that takes on things like this. I look at the old ones I have and they always had stories about MLK and racism, later it was about handicapped people this is just another progression of the Green Lantern story line.
