If they take it to car wash every other week when there is salt out they should be ok on the paint and finish. My one employee only has a sports car its his daily driver. However he takes it to car wash every 2 weeks when we are in the shitty snow period.

That is why we gravel or sand the roads instead of put a ton of fucking salt that ends up in the local waterways and kills shit.

They used to only use sand here, then they made up a sand / salt mixture and now it's straight up salt.
There is some kind of salty slurry they use on the turnpikes and other big highways. The roads are all destroyed after a hard winter from it too.

I used to admire the roads and the road workers here in NJ when I lived in NYC and then still admired them for about 9 years more once I moved here. This was because they never used union labor to do the road work. That changed and now it takes a ridiculous amount of time to get roads paved, and at low quality at that. We never had pot holes in the country areas and now we're riddled with them. Bring in city union workers and everything goes to shit. I watched it all devolve.

Anyhow, it is snowing here! 3" so far, with more to come over the next few days. We're a lot drier out here than you guys, but often just as cold. Any snow we get is much needed for snowpack. Without snowpack, it gets ugly in the summers.
