Check it out - we're going to pick up THIS DOG HOUSE in a little while. I cannot believe something free is in this good shape and clean.

I had a REALLY nice dog house I left on the farm when I sold it and moved. I completely forgot about taking it and have been kicking myself ever since.

Daisy is going to love this. She really likes to "den" and is always trying to squeeze under the chairs when we're in the yard. This can go near where we sit and she'll have her own house to hang in now.

French drains are like little ditches around the perimeter of the basement that lead to a sump area to keep it from flooding.

They don't put rocks in them around here. At least the ones in basements that I've seen. Just google French Drains in Basements and you'll get a wide variety of them inside and outside, but yeah, ditches with or without rocks - depending on where it's needed.

it also separates the basement floor from the house foundation helps prevent cracking, I had one in my old house. I used to pee in it when I didn't feel like going upstairs and was busy playing games and what not lol.
