Wow. Great concept and it looks cool as shit too!

I think it may be in Russia or one of the former soviet states. Look at the lettering at the entrance and the austere buildings in the background in the last pic.

Yep agreed.
It's cool, have you seen the towers of Smart cars? To prove they didn't take up too much room they sold them from a minimum space, from a glass tower just like this car-park, you pick your car they brought down to ground level for a test drive. We saw one in Munich.

I saw something like that on TV about how Volkswagon is storing cars to be sent to dealers after manufacture. Was pretty damn cool to watch them put them in and out of the slots.

The Harley Davidson dealer in Taylor, MI had a parking system like that. When you look at the dealership from the outside, it's a giant glass wall and you can see the bikes stacked up to the ceiling 3 and 4 high.
