0 She should sprinkle some litter in a corner without a box and just let a cat do its thing. Pick up the poops and leave the piss to soak into the wood. Nasty but very effective.

0 So I'm talking to a friend on the phone and I see Mikki with pus spewing out of her ear! I mean a river of the stuff.
Guess I gotta make a vet appt. It's weird. She was fine all until this afternoon. It doesn't stink like an infection does but it is painful to her. She's not tilting her head to the side either. ![]()

0 I was fire marshal for the Borough of Tremont and as such have a good bit of training from the National Fire Academy on arson investigation. Really you just need to overload a circuit a bit shy of where the breaker will kick off and let the receptacle heat up. When you have a good amount of heat built you simply kick the receptacle a time or two and VIOLA......the wires should short and start a fire! If you unplug all the devices and quickly put them as they should be then beat feet after around 30 or so minutes it should take off and appear to an investigator who isn't really looking very closely as if the cause is faulty wiring.
This is fairly common knowledge among electricians and building contractors and so it's also been leaked enough that a percentage of the general populace knows about it also. Investigators like to blame wiring because 99% of insurance claims for this determination are paid without question and if there is no other obvious cause the claims adjuster will accept the investigator's word. It's also easier than digging through the ashed/rubble for any alternate causes. Just sayin'!

0 Eh, people will fuck over their own blood family when it comes to wills. property, and money. Don't give them too much credit for being original. Assholes yes, but not the first or only.

0 Why do concert tickets have to be so damn expensive now?
Peter Frampton is in town in June. I can't decide if I want to go to AC or NYC but tickets start at $75 each. It's an awful lot of money for someone I saw in 1977 for $16 a ticket. ![]()

0 Tessa went to the groomer and got a bath with conditioner, anal glans done and toenails trimmed. She looks so purty. I am going to have to paint her toenails and she'll be all set. I also washed her bedding so no more stinky dog.
Best of all, it was only $26!!! She'll now be getting it done every other month since it's so reasonable.

0 That's not a bad price at all. Does she always need her anal glands done or they just throw that in? I've never had to bother with any of my dogs with that, thank God!
![]() I'm not 100% sure but I think if they're not a problem they should be left alone. I gotta call the vet again for Mikki and see the vet Monday for Sofie so I'll ask, just for the sake of it ![]() ![]() |
