You know, I can do all kinds of tedious code changes for the site, make themes and graphics that are so itty bitty you can hardly see them on the screen and make them clear but that Facebook had me nuts. I totally spazzed out on it.

I had a bad feeling about it, and a good friend of mine told me to avoid it, but did I listen? Noooooo...after about a week I ditched it. I should have listened.

Arrrrrrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhhhh. Here it is 8AM and when I called in to work they said "We don't have a trailer for you yet. Mosey on in and we'll find one for you." Bad enough that I'm just getting started (I prefer to start around 3AM so I'm done before the day is shot) but then to not have anything organized yet? SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!

Well...I owe, I owe, so off to work I go.

Sorry you feel bad about this, hope it was a great anyway.

I called my mom at 9:30pm.Sorry I suppose I am in the deep doo doo now.

My son called me around 7:30pm. Thankfully, I was let go of "holidays" a long time ago. I choose not to acknowledge or make a deal out of them for myself. This way I have no pre-conceived notions or expectations of what should happen. You know what, I have an awesome day that way!!!

I remember my mother used to have HUGE expectations, and in that, we never failed to let her down. By me releasing that, I am just happy to have my children regardless of the day. KWIM?

I feel this way about ALL holidays and bdays for myself. If I want something, I buy it for myself. If I need love and attention, I ask for it.

You got the right attitude, Jammin. I feel the same way but it's always the rest of my family that makes the issue out of everything and I am always the one that regrets taking part, only to be called the difficult one. Believe me, I am not, they're just nuts.

Oh no, what excuse ?
For heavens sake I'm sure there was enough reminders in the media and stores to get him motivated.
Even my son made a big effort in March (when our Mothering Sunday falls). Granted he needed a kick up the bum from his mates big sister and when he got to Sharina (the florists we use for everything, she was a friend of our daughters) she already had a bouquet waiting for him. She said if he hadn't turned up she was going to drop it off at the house and leave a note telling him he was in trouble! He told me all this and he didn't have to.

He failed his test again Sad
3 points, hesitant at the round-a-bout and should not have done a 3 point turn while there were 3 people on the pavement (walkway) walking past.
He has gone down his mates to kill him (on the Xbox).
