Why do the job then? Fool
I love my job. I may not like getting up, but the walk is usually nice and I see people to say hello to once I've puffed up the hill.

I like the challenge and the quirky customers and the people I work with.
Last week customers gave me discount on a hair cut, box of chocolate biscuits and today I was given a apple turnover (with cream!) as a thankyou for sorting an old man's prescription out for him, he was so confused.

Granted when I was training and was in a huge department store I was really miserable, more so when head office sent a directive down disapproving about me getting married before my training was complete and threatened to discontinue my course if I was pregnant (cheek!)
Not every bride marries a soldier just because she's pregnant 86

It should have been a really good career move but the attitude towards married women in the company surprised me so much I did what they expected me to do.......I left.... and got a better job.

We have discussed this before I think. It's not really the job, or the work, or the place, it's just the fact that I have to work, have to punch a timeclock, have to serve someone.
I wasn't cut out to do this kind of bullshit. I should have been a cowboy, or a hobo, or something.

Get this shit, today I had talked to the asshole boss about what tank to put something into, asshole boss pages me, I call him on the phone, he says "I don't know about that tank, we have to use another, come see me.", so I'm like really? I actually gotta go walk back and see the useless sonofabitch so he can tell me a tank number, I was just talking to him on the fucking phone!!!
Anyway....I hate work, I'm thinking about running away. I have google maps up in another browser right now trying to pick a spot to head to.

Patagonia is interesting. I actually had planned on driving there with my friend Robin and our horses and dogs if my ex didn't survive his cancer. Fucker survived. I was so looking forward to that road trip.

LOL No. South America. Now I'd be more inclined to pitch my tent on a tropical Island. I've friends in Jamaica and the Bahamas, both countries I adore. US Virgin Islands are OK too but so far the Bahamas are my favorite. But then, Guadeloupe was really nice too. The biggest problem is the governments on all of them are so corrupt and I've witnessed someone getting arrested by the cops, a couple of times on different islands - it was not pretty.

I'm not an island kinda guy, I've seen a few and they all kinda look alike to me.

I'm not gonna tell you were I'm looking, cause may I won't want to be found, but I can drive there in a day.

No! You may as well put yourself on Easter Island.
I've done Oz and heard so much about NZ (if its so great why everyone I know either comes home again or only does the summer there and comes home for our summer?) Tasmania I've been told is not only isolated but dated. I'm only repeated from people I know who lived there.

The US is lots of little countries in one big place. I love the diversity! In 7 hours we travelled from High Tech' state of the art living (my paternal aunt house reminded me of a house in the Sims)to totally out in the wilds where if the water was running clear and the electrics were powered up it was a good day at my maternal aunts house.

So twisteroo the world is your oyster Smile
(My cousin is working on the travelling fair this summer, picked it up in North Carolina could end up anywhere)

Thank you BP for fucking up the fishing industry for the next decade in the Gulf of Mexico. As if fish were not expensive enough.
