NJ just fucked me over AGAIN with homeowners insurance. They expect over $100K in modifications to keep my insurance.

I will go on a full rant tomorrow when I'm not so sick with this friggin' headache. I may wind up having to sell my house over this.

We had some rental properties in the metro area....they grab you by the balls and squeeze until you say uncle. I cannot believe the BS hoops they make you jump through and money they charge, for the most inane, easy home repairs.

Not to mention the inspection costs yada yada. Commiserating with you big time.....

Doing yard work this morning makes me realize why I keep a man around. I just can't do this physical shit anymore at the level I used to. The permanent damage to my hands, neck and back are screaming, "WHAT THE FUCK WERE YOU THINKING?!" at me now.

My stump is almost out of the ground, I hooked a comalong to it and hooked that to a big maple and tightened it up. After digging around it and whacking it with a sledge then tightening it then whacking it again.
I wish I still had my backhoe. That is all.
Gimme dat filet-0-fish............gimme dat feesh.

I should find that photo of my asshole ex and the tractor he sunk to it's guts trying to pull stumps! We needed the pickup truck to pull out the tractor.

Good thing we did all that yard work yesterday! I didn't bother looking at the weather. I wake up at 3:30 AM to hear the patting of rain. Guess who rushed out in the middle of the night to put stuff away due to rain, cover the giant pile of soil we got yesterday so it don't wash away and trying to find the tarp we have for this, discovered its gone and had to use the 30' x 25' one and open - refold - and then cover, then find blocks to hold it and then come in and dry off?

Yes me. I did wake Matt up when I found I had to refold that big tarp for the dirt.

Did all that Bikers
Dug out the compost pile, planted loads of plants, got rid of the rubbish (bins full). Went to replace some bushes at the bottom of the garden by the septic tank bought a hamster instead! Party

Then went for a bike ride with No1 son and his mate Dan into town and then met up with Mark and rode out to Christine's tree. Managed to keep up with the boys on their Fireblades- just.
Went and had tea with Christine's boyfriends family and find out when his mum comes home from Australia. 3rd May now, two weeks since the air corridor was closed. Almost sold my bike to Kevin and Dan has found me a Bandit (in pink!)
Knackered! Skull

Mark has called the hamster Snowy- (not a clue to its colour)

The rain finally arrived here in force.

First thunderstorm of the year. Now I hope it doesn't whack the electricity off as has been the case most years for T-storm #1 of the season. Fucking PPL Co (Pennsylvania Power and Light) charges premium rates for shitty service! Jackasses can't seem to be able to do a little preventative maintainence to save their lives!!!!!!!

You'd think they could take a hint from their neighbors (PEco-Philadelphia.....Penn-Elec-Northern tier Pennsylvania and NY/NJ's Met-Ed and Con-Ed) and follow the examples, BUT NOOOOOOOOOOO.
