Thanks TK. I am always surprised at how much time and money a project ends up being. There is so much behind the scenes work that has to get done. I am taking a week off and then will be re-doing some dressers. I have a list about a mile long.

I wanted to do new carpet but that will have to wait for a bit. The whole project ended up being about $900 but that includes the new dresser too.

That's not bad for a total makeover. I'm still working up the muster to do the painting of the trim and that bit I missed in the kitchen. I hate doing the cutting in work and working with black is even harder.

That is a fantastic job!
Come over and do a makeover on our Edwardian heap.

I've just decided to repaint the bannisters after getting them stripped 24 years ago. Decided the varnish makes the landing so dark and dreary.
Large tin of white gloss, £9.95.

Still looking at Christine's room..................now the computer has been moved in here, I like the colours she put on the wall, it is very calming at night.
I think the poster of 'Death' may have to come down eventually. Green Day got taken down last year and carefully rolled up in side her Favourite Fall Out Boy T-shirt to stop the print from fading in the light.

How long do you think it will take for it to revert back to the original set of shots?

You do know now, that there is nothing in the universe that is kid proof, right?
