0 I have a hard enough time figuring out what Gail says on the Skype most times. You are very easy to understand but I did have a hard time with Mark. He mumbles and is a bit of a low talker. Matt had no problem. Must be my Brooklyn accent getting in the way!

0 I for one am very tired of pressing 1 for English.
I'm not going to go learn Spanish or Vietnamese just to accommodate you lazy shits.
