Quote:BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- Firemen aren't the only ones who rescue kittens.

Trooper Doug Hutchinson of the Bloomington State Police post was patrolling along State Road 37 when he received a call reporting "debris" in the road. What the officer found when he responded wasn't debris at all, but an injured kitten wandering through the multi-lane intersection.

Hutchinson positioned his patrol car in the intersection to block traffic and grabbed the kitten, to the applause of nearby motorists.

After attempting to find a home for the kitten through the Monroe County Animal Shelter, Hutchinson has now adopted the fortunate feline himself. He's named it Lucky.

That is a similar story how my aunt found Zaphod her tabby cat. It so big a cat the vet thinks it is actually a Bob cat, but it is daft as a brush and comes and hides if there is a Racoon in the garden.

Bobcats have naturally bobbed tails that curl a bit and tufts of hair out the ears. They weigh about 40 pounds. I suspect it may be part Maine Coon or Norwegian Forest cat which weigh around 18 to 22 pounds.

Then, 5 minutes later he pulled twist over for going 46mph in a 45 zone on his way to work, beat him about the head and shoulders with his nightstick, tazed him, pulled his hair, called in k9 for a few dog bites and stomped him with his boot heels, all as kitty watched the action on the dashboard camera.
