Early morning useless post thread

Well....I'm up for work and getting ready to head out the door. Early start.

I'm heading to Twister's corner of the world (or just around the corner). Ready or not Fredonia here I come!

Too bad I don't have any cash I could afford to waste or I'd stop in at the Allegany/Seneca Casino in Salamanca on the way back.

I've been to that casino once. The sad thing is that right where it stands used to be a big hay field.
Before they were rich casino native Americans they were poor reservation native Americans and held 4 wheeler dice runs to raise money for the fire dept. We used to park right where that casino is now.
That was one of the best 4 wheeler rides anywhere, miles and miles of mud, ruts, water, mud, beer, mud, smoke, mud, broken 4 wheeler, mud, broken bones, mud, beer, mud.
Drinking was not only allowed on the course it was encouraged, they actually sold beer out along the trail.

Anyway, back to my trip to the casino, we went in to gamble, spent about $20, what a damn waste of money, so we went to the strip joint up the road. That was a waste too but I saw boobies.
I remember at one point watching the girl and thinking to myself, "why am I sitting here watching this hog take her clothes off in front of me?", but I shoved some money in her underwear and pushed those thoughts right out of my head.

Saturday morning, up drinking before work again.
I have 3 days to work then I'm off on Tuesday, then another 9 day run till vacation. Gotta love those long stretches of work before a vacation.
I still need vacation plans too.
I found a cool bike trail down in Wv, but it would be about an 8 hour drive to get there, that's kinda too much. I was thinking about the D&H and the O&W in north east Pa, tie them in together for a two day ride.
There is a 30 mile charity ride I would like to do on my 1st day of vacation and I would like to check out the downhill mountain biking at a ski slope on my second day. The ski slope is an hour or so away, down near where I have a piece of land, so I could probably swing by and make sure all my trees are still there and stuff.
I must go google now for vacation ideas.

I'm awake! That 4 hour nap left me well rested.

It's nice out. my head isn't pounding and I may go for a very early ride. I may even mow the lawn when I come back. Maybe not. But I will swim some today.

poor Twistie.

I'm up. The truck is loaded with branches for the dump. I want to go dump that shit off the truck, have a nice breakfast out and then go for my bike ride with Matt. EARLY.

Why am I here typing instead? Because "I promise we'll get up early and get this all in before the sun is fully up." Matt is still in bed and refuses to get up.

5 days and counting till vacation! After the last couple of weeks I'm looking SOOOOOO forward to 9 days with no REQUIRED driving. Any tooling around will be driving I WANT to do.

I'm gonna take a ride down to see my brother which is only about a 2 hour trip next Sat and Sun.

Man, I got two weeks till vacation, work today, off tomorrow, then a 10 day stretch till vacation.
I'm still looking for a bike trail or something to beat myself up on while I'm off work.
On of the ski slope has downhill mountain biking my first weekend off, I'm thinking about going and having a look. I'm afraid that that is just way out of my class though. I'm all about taking the lift up and riding down the hill hold the brakes all the way. I gotta go watch for a few minutes first. I don't even think I'll take a bike, they say they rent them, I figure that I'd rent one and maybe get a better bike than I own and beat their shit up, not mine.

I'm soooo looking forward to work today.

Up early, got the dentist. Couldn't sleep all night so went inside and played with Sofie for awhile and then fell asleep on the couch watching Alice's Restaurant at 2 AM.

Let's hope the dentist doesn't spill goop all over my hair and shirt again.
