0 In New Jersey, pretty much, yes.
I have no idea what you're talking about so here's a bunny with a pancake on it's head

0 Raise hell. You would not believe how quickly the folks swarm in after they build them. The grocery stores in the area had to get security guards and now there are bands of thieves roaming the area. I hate locking my car doors at night. We also had to build a BUNCH of new schools and enlarge the welfare office and increase other services. Apartments don't pay the same property taxes per capita as homeowners (yes, I know the owner pays property tax, but not as much as owner occupied housing) so we are all paying for the care and feeding of these folks. If they were for the elderly I wouldn't give it a second thought, but when it is for non-workers with a bunch of kids who can't afford rent but can afford a new Charger, I take offense.
Jon Corzine is such a gansta' name. I know that is prejudice, but every time I hear his name I think "mobbed up". It is completely creepy to give pedos apartments where they can mingle with kids in bathing suits and hot young things in thongs. It's akin to holding a Weight Watchers meeting in a candy shop.

0 Well he's definitely NOT Italian nor is he 'mobbed up' in any way.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Corzine His business career should give you insight into why NJ is now broke. As for the projects - I think that's pretty much a dead issue now. At least while Christie is in office. Matt does the security cameras and systems for 90% of the boardwalk vendors. You can't even imagine how many times he's been called in to help review tape so they can grab a shot of a perv to report to the cops.
