No worries about the rims. Those will fit on the ones you have.
Like I said before, it's a very minor size difference and not enough to need different rims. The M/T Sportsman tires will have better tread wear than Pirelli and are a bit less costly. You'll have the same speed rating, traction and heat ratings but way better wet traction. I'd run the ones you have till they're worn out too. Why buy tires to replace ones that have life left?
The only DECENT and not exfuckingspensive ones I can find that ARE in the 305 X 30 X 19 size are Hankooks.
