I think we're just fucked all the way around on this. DMV has Matt listed as suspended for the last year when he absolutely is not. So now we have to prove that. He got tickets for that and following too close. That following too close thing does not help us.

It's most likely a he said she said thing and I have only the fact the airbags did not deploy and him sitting in the lane without flashers going for me and i still would have to prove he didn't have his flashers on because the fuck turned them on after the fact.
