They left out and ignored evidence that didn't point the way they wanted. The DNA on the hood? It wasn't blood DNA that could have come from the tampered vial. It was sweat DNA. Her phone was 20' from his door. He called and specifically asked for her, and blocked his number. She knew him and was creeped out by him. He was a known and admitted animal abuser. They typically move on to 'bigger and better' prey.
The documentary was filmed and presented in a way intended to inflame the internet and create outrage. It did! I also think the cops did a ton of shady shit. And I don't think they needed to. Did they plant the blood inside the car? Yeah, maybe. Sweat DNA on the hood? No.
There is a lot that makes me believe that him being locked up is good for everybody that might be living near him, specially women and animals...
