He may be a purebred Manx cat. How to tell: he will be missing a vertebrae where the spine and tail meet. It will have a small 'hollow' as if there is a bit of a 'dip' then the tail. He will also be a little 'ass high' when he walks, almost as if he's walking downhill due to longer back legs. Not by much, so you have to have a good eye.
His tail doesn't look 'unnatural'. He's a handsome dude!
If you can get a couple of good side shots of him for me where he's walking even I might be able to see. Maybe a video if you can too. I found a Manx cat once long ago. He followed me home in the woods while I was on my horse. He kept meowing and following until I got to the busy road. I got off the horse, stuffed the dirty guy into my coat and zipped him in good. Risking a shredding by some stray while he freaks out from the noise of the traffic, off I went toward home. He didn't mind the warm digs and stayed in the coat all the way home - 3 miles. i was still on Staten Island too.
We named him Elmer J. Stubbs and he was the coolest guy - very much like Iggy was. Poor guy dropped dead several years later here in NJ while he was eating his breakfast.

I have no idea what you're talking about so here's a bunny with a pancake on it's head
