0 It really does depend on the area you're in as to which particular chain does the best. I've been to both good and bad Outback, Texas Roadhouse, Rustler and other steakhouses. Haven't been to a Longhorn yet. None in this area so I'll hit one while gallavanting somewhere or when they roll in nearby. I want to give Ruth's Chris a try sometime. I hear good reviews.
