I'm not as big a fan of RHH as I used to be. He's a bit hokey and knowing other rockabilly bands personally, the scoop on him is he's a total tool and only does it for the money and fame. He doesn't truly like the music personally and likes his fans even less. Surprised me about this when it was told to me but more than one professional musician has said as much. Kind of bummed me out to hear that.
