So, driving around today trying to find something good on the radio yielded zero results. I turn to my phone's iPod and hit something random.

It gives me this. Now I'm home listening to the whole album on the big, loud stereo.

Love this- even at my old age I like to bounce about to this one

Like I have to listen to Frankie Goes to Hollywood if I'm on the road out of Bournemouth it runs at 40mph/50mph/70mph then National speed limit- perfect music.

I hate to say it but US radio is crap

US Radio used to be good, especially in the NYC area but it is now utter crap. Everyone went satellite radio and I'll be damned if I pay for radio.

I have my iHeart radio app on my phone too. I can listen to my kind of music from all over the country but sometimes that too is either choppy from a connection or just a shit variety to listen to. There is also Pandora radio app that will suggest a list and make a radio station from a couple songs I input and build off those.

During my cycling classes in the morning we will ride to some techno-disco-country stuff. Then I go downstairs to the gym and this is a song that I have on my MP3 player that always gets me to get up and go.

Long before he was Buster Poindexter - The NY Dolls got it all started. We used to see them live in underground clubs all over the city before they got "famous" and disappeared.

Some 30 years? 40? later, they returned - aged and wrinkly but still good.
