UPS is completely illogical. I ordered something from Amazon on Thursday and it was expedited shipping to arrive yesterday.
Tracking number confirms it will get here yesterday and it was on the truck in Lakewood, (3 miles away) for delivery in the early morning. I'm home all day waiting on this instead of going out and getting what I need to make my cookies and other things I had to do.
I look late and it's been shipped clear across the state! WTF?
I called them this morning and as usual, I get an idiot on the phone who cannot explain why it got sent out and then it's coming back again.
People wonder why UPS has become too expensive to use for shipping. THIS is why. What a colossal waste of resources.
