I'd be thrilled to no end if I could buy a REAL bagel in NJ. Friggin' things here are like doughnuts. All soft and easy to chew. No thick crust or anything. Same for bread. You go to the store and the label says, "Crusty Italian Bread" and it's thin, mushy crud.
