0 Side note on Africa: given how well anything in terms of civilization and advancement works out in that benighted continent, is there a reason to bother? I hear South Africa isn't doing very well, at least not as well as they were or could have been doing? Or anywhere in Africa, really. Perhaps the ones you just don't hear anything about are doing ok.
