If you lawyer up they usually drop the case right away because they get afraid. I look at it like a game, an angry game but a game none the less. Go in with the attitude you're going to win and then go for the jugular.
How could that stupid bitch try to blame your mom for it at all? And any lawyer taking either of the two cases has to have their head examined. They HAVE to know they're going to lose AND knowing that they will also have their client pay for YOUR attorney fees on top of losing.
Take them for everything they're worth and then some.
