Yea, my brother's insurance agent from USAA is fucking flabbergasted. He said he isn't going to pay them shit if he can help it. He also recommended lawyering up too. I told my brother this is bullshit. It wouldn't take much in court after explaining he just got back from Iraq and was hit by some cunt on drugs to sway a judge or jury or something.
My mom was a pedestrian. And she isn't being sued. The lady who hit my mom is just trying to blame my mom for the incident so she doesn't have to pay for her fuckup. She is 22 and kind of attractive.
