yeah... true. However not all girls are into that stuff. so what happens if he happens to pick that one girl who isn't into that?
yeah, cue a pissed off girlfriend going "what the hell were you thinking?! that sort of thing may get you off but I don't like getting hurt!"
I personally don't mind a little pain myself but I've known prudes who were adverse to that sort of thing as seeing they think it's somehow dehumanizing to women.
